
Martin (Marty) Rash now serves as Executive Chairman of the Board for Unifeye Vision Partners. He previously led the company as Chief Executive Officer beginning in January 2022, after serving on UVP’s Board of Directors for almost two years. During his tenure as CEO, Marty guided UVP through a period of strategic growth, strengthening physician partnerships and expanding the company’s footprint in ophthalmology and vision care.
Marty is a former member of the Board of Directors of LifePoint Health and the former Chairman and CEO of RCCH HealthCare Partners. Prior to the formation of RCCH, he was Chairman and CEO of RegionalCare Hospital Partners, as well as Chairman and CEO of Province Healthcare and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Community Health Systems.
During his more than 40 years in the healthcare industry, Marty has served in various executive, administrative, and financial roles at numerous community hospitals. His leadership experience includes a past position on the Board of Directors of Odyssey Healthcare, the first publicly traded hospice company (formerly NASDAQ: ODSY). He also held a long-term seat on the Board of Directors of Healthspring, one of the largest Medicare Advantage programs in the U.S. (formerly NYSE: HS).
Marty is the former Chairman of American Pathology Partners, a medical laboratory company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. He is also the Chairman of ReVIDA Recovery Centers, a comprehensive behavioral healthcare company based in Nashville, Tennessee that treats Opioid Use Disorder.
He is a past Chairman of the Federation of American Hospitals (FAH) and the Nashville Health Care Council. Marty holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
