Mark Garvin

Chief Executive Officer

Mark C. Garvin is the Chief Executive Officer of Unifeye Vision Partners. A high-energy, dynamic, and ethics-driven leader with more than 30 years in healthcare, he has scaled multi-site platforms and built physician-aligned joint ventures across ambulatory surgery, anesthesia, and veterinary services.

Before joining UVP, Mark served as Chief Operating Officer at United Surgical Partners International, United States Anesthesia Partners, and PetVet Care Centers, where he led national operations, integrated acquisitions, and implemented process-driven operating systems that delivered predictable growth, quality, and compliance.

Most recently, as SVP, Partnership & Venture Development at Banner Health, he directed enterprise M&A and venture initiatives. He has also held senior roles at Avanza Healthcare Strategies and serves on the board of Pryor Health. Known for data-driven execution, transparent governance, and unwavering ethical standards, Mark partners closely with physicians and health-system leaders to expand patient access and surgical capacity.

He holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Kentucky.
