Chief Growth Officer

Renata Stone, MBA serves as Chief Growth Officer for Unifeye Vision Partners, where she leads enterprise-wide growth strategy across a multi-state ophthalmology and ambulatory surgery center platform.

She is responsible for revenue acceleration, premium service line expansion, strategic M&A assessment, and AI-enabled innovation. Renata works closely with physician leadership, operations, and finance to standardize high-performing workflows, strengthen premium conversion strategy, expand subspecialty offerings, and implement data-driven systems that enhance clinical quality and operational scalability. Her focus is on driving sustainable, margin-accretive growth while positioning UVP as a national leader in technology-forward ophthalmology.

Prior to joining Unifeye Vision Partners, Renata served as Chief Executive Officer of DLV Vision for 11 years, leading expansion into key California markets including Los Angeles and the Central Coast. She is a published national author in ophthalmology and is recognized for advancing growth and marketing best practices within the specialty.

Renata earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Finance, Cum Laude, from California Polytechnic State University in 2006, and her Master of Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Phoenix in 2009.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two sons, endurance athletics, global travel, and literature.
