Chris Fromme is President of ASC and Medical Practice Operations for Unifeye Vision Partners. With more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, he specializes in scaling multi-site organizations, strengthening physician partnerships, and building high-performing teams that drive operational excellence.
Chris has led growth and transformation across ambulatory surgery centers, medical practices, and provider services in multiple specialties, including ophthalmology. He is known for creating strong operational foundations that allow clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Before joining Unifeye Vision Partners, Chris served as Chief Executive Officer of Star Dental Partners. He also held leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer of Behavioral Innovations and in senior operations positions at United Surgical Partners International, where he partnered with physicians and health systems to expand access to high-quality outpatient surgical care.
Chris holds a BBA in Marketing and an MS in Kinesiology and Health from the University of North Texas.
