Noel Bouteller

Senior Vice President, Information Technology

Noel Bouteller is a highly accomplished executive with more than 20 years’ experience in information technology, security / compliance and facilities management. He provides UVP’s affiliated practices with world-class technology support, and leads all the company’s strategic IT initiatives.

Most recently, Noel served as Chief Technology Officer for Adeptus Health. In that role, Noel led all matters related to IT security and compliance, infrastructure, data warehouse, and business analytics. He also oversaw facilities management, physical security, and field support. At Adeptus, Noel oversaw the infrastructure implementation and growth from 17 sites to more than 100 locations, spanning four states.

Noel earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Central Oklahoma.
