Katie Swengros

Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Katie is an experienced human resources leader who has spent her entire career in the financial services, behavioral services and healthcare industries. She has succeeded in building great places to work by focusing on culture, engagement and organizational design.

Prior to joining UVP full time, Katie made an impact as a consultant, driving initiatives designed to promote a rewarding, dynamic work environment for all team members. In her past, Katie served as the vice president of human resources for Eyecare Partners, Maritz and Citi.

Katie earned her B.A., in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
